The short version: CleanCarHistory sells digital vehicle history reports only — nothing is shipped. After payment, your report is delivered to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within minutes and no later than 24 hours. If we can't deliver it within 24 hours, you can ask for a full refund.
1. What we deliver
StudioDev LLC, which operates CleanCarHistory, sells vehicle history reports as digital products. Each report is generated for the VIN (or license plate and state) you provide at checkout. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges, carriers or delivery addresses are involved.
2. How reports are delivered
- By email: after your payment is confirmed, we send a receipt and a secure link to your report to the email address you entered at checkout.
- Online access: the secure link lets you view, print or save the report as a PDF for 12 months from purchase.
- Report packs: for 3-report and Dealer packs, credits are delivered immediately and each report is delivered when you run a VIN with a credit, within 12 months of purchase.

Delivery can occasionally take longer when a data source is temporarily unavailable. If that happens, we will email you with an update.
4. If you don't receive your report
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for a message from [email protected].
- Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
- Contact us at [email protected] or +1 (434) 253-9299 with your receipt or the VIN, and we will resend the report or fix the problem.
If we cannot deliver your report within 24 hours of payment, or cannot match a license plate to a vehicle, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. What's in a delivered report
A report contains the records our public and third-party data sources hold for that vehicle at the time it is generated. The amount of history varies by vehicle. See our sample report for the format and our Data & Report Disclaimer for the limits of vehicle history data.
